We have busy lives. All of us. Some people are more driven and make sure that every minute of every second is spent doing something. Others take a more relaxed pace. The great thing is that a good workout only takes 10-15 min using crossfit concepts and every minute on the minute workouts. So let's take a look at some numbers:

In any given week there are a total of 10,080 minutes.

  • 7 hours of sleep = 420 minutes per day or 2,940 minutes per week
  • 8 hours of work = 480 minutes per day or 3,360 minutes per week
  • 15 minutes of exercise a day = 105 minutes per week

Pretty crazy, but we spend 29.2% of our time sleeping, 33.33% of time working on average, and somewhere 37.5% of time doing... what? Watching TV - shows or sports? Gaming? Talking with friends at a restaurant? Eating? Taking kids to various sporting events or scholl events? Who knows?

So to add 15 minutes of exercise per day per week equals 2.78% out of 37.5% of our available "free" time. There is time, the goal is to find it.
